IMPORTANT CUSTOMER NOTICE: We would be grateful if you could please include an email address and phone number when asked in the ordering process. They are not stored by us and only used for creating shipping labels. Our systems automatically generate the shipping labels but requires an email and phone number to do so, these are also used by Royal Mail for sending you shipping updates and a delivery time slot. If we have to manually input addresses it costs us time and causes delays but there's still no way of sending you shipping updates without an email address and phone number. Thank you 👍

⚠️ Important: How quickly will I receive my MOOV branded order?

Please allow 5–10 working days for production and delivery of printed uniform orders. During busy periods, turnaround times can be closer to 10 working days but we will get in touch if there are any unexpected delays. Once your order is complete, it will be whizzing to you via * 24hr or 48hr Royal Mail Tracked delivery. If you choose to collect your order, a notification will be sent to you once it is ready to collect
